1. Parties and agreement
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") are the agreement between Maskew Ltd (trading as Maskew Media), company number 15121754, registered at 38 Kilbride Way, Orton Northgate, Peterborough, PE2 6SX ("we" or "us"), and the person or business purchasing the Video Revenue Blueprint ("you" or "the buyer").
By purchasing the Video Revenue Blueprint you accept these Terms.
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") are the agreement between Maskew Ltd (trading as Maskew Media), company number 15121754, registered at 38 Kilbride Way, Orton Northgate, Peterborough, PE2 6SX ("we" or "us"), and the person or business purchasing the Video Revenue Blueprint ("you" or "the buyer").
By purchasing the Video Revenue Blueprint you accept these Terms.
2. The product
The Video Revenue Blueprint ("the Blueprint") is a one-off paid product comprising:
(a) The Blueprint document. A bespoke 37-page PDF analysing your business and producing a personalised video content strategy. It includes:
Your ideal buyer profile
8 to 15 of your real buyer objections, drawn from your sales calls, contact forms, transcripts and website
A walkthrough showing how one of your objections becomes a finished video brief
Written feedback on six of your existing videos
A profile audit of your main social platform
A funnel reality check showing where your buyer journey breaks
Three competitor analyses with what to adopt and what to avoid
Five market gaps you can fill with content
A 30/60/90 day measurement framework
The ongoing content loop and three concrete next steps
(b) Maskew Studio access. Access to the companion software at maskew.studio, pre-loaded with the buyer objections identified during the Blueprint, plus 15 included video briefs. A brief is Studio's output for turning an objection into a shootable video plan, including hook options, narrative spine, evidence and CTA.
(c) A 1-hour delivery call with Arthur Jones, where the Blueprint is walked through, the first Studio brief is built live, and your questions are answered.
(d) A 30-minute review call 30 days after the delivery call, to review what has been filmed and posted, what early numbers show, and what to do next.
(e) A £500 retainer credit (see Clause 7).

3. What is not included
For clarity, the Blueprint is a strategy and planning product. It does not include:
Scripting, filming or editing of videos. Production is a separate service available via a retainer or a separate Statement of Work
Unlimited revisions to the Blueprint document. The document is delivered once. Minor factual corrections are included; rewrites are not
Studio briefs beyond the 15 included
Ongoing strategy support beyond the 30-minute review call. Continued support requires a retainer
Paid advertising strategy, paid ads management or media buying
Social media account management, scheduling or posting
Profile rewrites, copywriting for websites, or any content production outside the Blueprint document itself

4. Price, payment and VAT
The price of the Blueprint is £500 (five hundred pounds sterling), payable in full at the point of purchase.
VAT. Maskew Ltd is not currently registered for VAT. The price is exclusive of VAT and we will not charge VAT on purchases made before our VAT registration date. If we register for VAT in future, VAT will be added to purchases made after that date at the prevailing rate.
Payment method. Payment is taken via Stripe at the point of purchase. We do not see or store your full card details.
No instalments. The Blueprint is sold on a one-off basis. Instalments are not available at this price point.
The price of the Blueprint is £500 (five hundred pounds sterling), payable in full at the point of purchase.
VAT. Maskew Ltd is not currently registered for VAT. The price is exclusive of VAT and we will not charge VAT on purchases made before our VAT registration date. If we register for VAT in future, VAT will be added to purchases made after that date at the prevailing rate.
Payment method. Payment is taken via Stripe at the point of purchase. We do not see or store your full card details.
No instalments. The Blueprint is sold on a one-off basis. Instalments are not available at this price point.
5. Delivery timeline
Day 0: Order placed and payment received. We send you an onboarding form requesting sales call transcripts or notes, links to recent videos, competitor handles, profile URLs and any other relevant materials.
Day 1 to 5 (typically): You return the onboarding materials.
Within 7 working days of receiving complete onboarding materials: We deliver the Blueprint PDF and schedule the delivery call.
30 days after the delivery call: The 30-minute review call.
Delivery delays. If we fail to deliver the Blueprint document within 7 working days of receiving your complete onboarding materials, and the delay is not caused by you or by force majeure (Clause 12), you may request a full refund. The refund right under this clause expires once the Blueprint is delivered.
If you do not provide onboarding materials. If you have not provided complete onboarding materials within 30 days of purchase, despite at least two written reminders from us, we will treat the engagement as complete. No refund is due. You may still claim your Studio access and request the delivery call within 90 days of purchase.

6. Refunds and cancellation
If you are buying as a business. You do not have a statutory cancellation right. As a matter of goodwill: full refund if you cancel before we start research; no refund once research has started, as the work is bespoke to you; no refund once the Blueprint has been delivered.
If you are buying as a consumer (including a sole trader or individual not buying for a business). You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you cancel before we start work, you get a full refund.
If you cancel after we start but before the Blueprint is delivered, you can still cancel, and you pay a reasonable amount for the work done up to that point. We refund the rest.
Once the Blueprint is fully delivered your right to cancel ends, because at checkout you asked us to start within the 14 days and acknowledged the right would end on delivery.

7. The £500 retainer credit
If you choose to sign up to a Maskew Media retainer (for video production, content strategy, or related services) within 90 days of receiving your Blueprint, we will credit £500 against the first month of that retainer.

(a) The retainer must be for a minimum committed term of three months.
(b) The credit is applied to the first month's invoice only.
(c) The credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to any other Maskew Media product or service.
(d) The credit expires 90 days after delivery of your Blueprint document. After that date, it lapses.
No obligation. You are under no obligation to sign up to a retainer. We are under no obligation to offer one to every Blueprint buyer; the retainer is subject to a separate Statement of Work and our agreement to take on the work.
If you choose to sign up to a Maskew Media retainer (for video production, content strategy, or related services) within 90 days of receiving your Blueprint, we will credit £500 against the first month of that retainer.
Conditions.

8. Maskew Studio access
The Blueprint includes access to Maskew Studio with 15 pre-loaded video briefs.
Brief credits. The 15 included briefs are not time-limited. You may use them at any time while your Studio account remains active.
Account validity. Your Studio account remains active until you close it, or until we close the Blueprint product (with reasonable notice).
Studio terms. Your use of Studio is also subject to the Maskew Studio Terms of Service, available at maskew.studio. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Studio Terms of Service in respect of your Studio use, the Studio Terms of Service take precedence for Studio-specific matters.
As-is provision. Studio is provided "as is" during and after the Blueprint engagement. We may update, modify or improve Studio at any time. Studio uptime is not guaranteed at a specific service level; it is a small-business tool, not enterprise software.
Ownership of outputs. Briefs and other outputs you generate in Studio are owned by you, subject to the IP terms in Clause 9.
The Blueprint includes access to Maskew Studio with 15 pre-loaded video briefs.

9. Intellectual property
The Blueprint document, once delivered, is yours. You may use it internally however you wish, including sharing it with your team and using it to plan and produce video content.
You may not:
(a) resell, redistribute, republish or otherwise commercialise the Blueprint document or any substantial extract from it;
(b) publish the Blueprint document or substantial extracts publicly (for example, in articles, courses, presentations or on social media), except for short quotes used in good faith;
(c) use the Blueprint, its methodology, structure or content to build or assist a competing product or service;
(d) screenshot or reproduce the Blueprint as part of your own paid or unpaid content offering.
Our retained rights. Maskew Media retains all rights to:

The Maskew Studio software and its underlying prompts, frameworks and design
The Blueprint template structure, design and formatting
The Maskew Media brand and trade marks
Anonymised insights. We may use anonymised, aggregated insights from Blueprints (for example, common objection patterns across an industry) to improve the methodology and Studio. We will not share any buyer-specific information externally without your permission.
The Blueprint document, once delivered, is yours. You may use it internally however you wish, including sharing it with your team and using it to plan and produce video content.
You may not:

10. Transferability
The Blueprint and Studio access are personal to your business. Transfer to a different business is permitted on written request, at our discretion, and is typically allowed where:
(a) you change legal structure (for example, a sole trader incorporating); or
(b) your business is acquired by, or merged with, another entity that will continue to use the Blueprint.
Transfers will not be agreed where they would result in shared use, resale or use by a competitor of Maskew Media.
The Blueprint and Studio access are personal to your business. Transfer to a different business is permitted on written request, at our discretion, and is typically allowed where:
(a) you change legal structure (for example, a sole trader incorporating); or
(b) your business is acquired by, or merged with, another entity that will continue to use the Blueprint.
Transfers will not be agreed where they would result in shared use, resale or use by a competitor of Maskew Media.
11. Buyer responsibilities
To get the most from the Blueprint, you agree to:
(a) Provide onboarding materials within a reasonable window (see Clause 5)
(b) Attend the delivery call at the scheduled time. Missed calls can be rescheduled once at no charge; further rescheduling may incur a £50 fee
(c) Provide honest and accurate information about your business, your sales conversations and your existing content
(d) Not share your Studio login credentials with people outside your organisation
(e) Treat the Blueprint document and Studio access in accordance with Clause 9

12. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control. This includes fire, flood, extreme weather, natural disasters, illness, pandemic, acts of government or law, war or terrorism, labour strikes, or power or network outages. If such an event delays delivery, both parties will agree to extend timelines reasonably. If a force majeure event makes delivery impossible, we will discuss a fair resolution, which may include a full or partial refund.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control. This includes fire, flood, extreme weather, natural disasters, illness, pandemic, acts of government or law, war or terrorism, labour strikes, or power or network outages. If such an event delays delivery, both parties will agree to extend timelines reasonably. If a force majeure event makes delivery impossible, we will discuss a fair resolution, which may include a full or partial refund.
13. Confidentiality
We will treat the business information and onboarding materials you provide as confidential. We will not share them with any third party other than necessary subcontractors (for example, a designer who produces the visual layout of the Blueprint document) who are bound by their own confidentiality terms.
We may showcase, in our portfolio or marketing, the fact that you are a Blueprint buyer (for example, using your name and logo as a Maskew Media client), and may share insights or extracts from the Blueprint methodology, but we will not share the contents of your specific Blueprint document or your onboarding materials publicly without your written consent.
We will treat the business information and onboarding materials you provide as confidential. We will not share them with any third party other than necessary subcontractors (for example, a designer who produces the visual layout of the Blueprint document) who are bound by their own confidentiality terms.
We may showcase, in our portfolio or marketing, the fact that you are a Blueprint buyer (for example, using your name and logo as a Maskew Media client), and may share insights or extracts from the Blueprint methodology, but we will not share the contents of your specific Blueprint document or your onboarding materials publicly without your written consent.

The Blueprint is a strategic recommendation document. We make no guarantees about views, leads, sales, revenue or business outcomes resulting from following the Blueprint or using Maskew Studio. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your execution, your market, your existing content quality and the time you invest.
Our total liability to you under or in connection with these Terms is capped at £500 (the price of the Blueprint).
We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data or business interruption, even if foreseeable.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version of the Terms that applies to your purchase is the version published at the time you placed your order. We will not change the Terms applicable to a purchase already made.

18. General
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our privacy notice and (where applicable) the Maskew Studio Terms of Service, form the entire agreement between us for the Blueprint.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part can be severed and the rest will remain in effect.
No waiver. Failure by either party to enforce any provision on one occasion does not waive their right to enforce it on another occasion.
Third-party rights. No one other than the parties has any right to enforce any term of these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them. If you are an international buyer, you agree to resolve disputes in the UK under English law.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our privacy notice and (where applicable) the Maskew Studio Terms of Service, form the entire agreement between us for the Blueprint.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part can be severed and the rest will remain in effect.
No waiver. Failure by either party to enforce any provision on one occasion does not waive their right to enforce it on another occasion.
Third-party rights. No one other than the parties has any right to enforce any term of these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them. If you are an international buyer, you agree to resolve disputes in the UK under English law.
