Questions before you book.

Questions before you book.

Six short videos answering the doubts people bring to the first call. The practical questions are underneath.

The practical stuff.

Price, timings and who turns up. Anything else, email me at arthur@maskew.media

What does it cost?

It depends on what we're filming, how long the day is and how much editing it needs. Tell me what you need and I'll reply within 24 hours with a price, or with the questions I need answered first.

The Objection Blueprint is a fixed £500.

What's the difference between the free audit and the Blueprint?

The audit is a free call. We look at the doubts stopping people buying from you and the videos that would answer them. No pitch.

The Blueprint is the written plan: over 50 pages covering your buyers' twelve biggest doubts, the videos that answer each one and the order to film them in. It's £500, with a 45-minute kick-off and an hour's walkthrough. If the walkthrough doesn't leave you with a clear list of what to film first, I'll refund you.

If I buy the Blueprint and then hire you, do I pay twice?

No. The £500 is credited in full if you start a retainer.

How quickly will I get the videos?

For events, usually within a week or two, while the event is still news. If you need something sooner, like a highlight for socials within a few working days, just ask. It's doable, it costs a bit extra.

For everything else, I'll give you a date before you book.

Who will I actually be working with?

Me. I'm on every job, from the first call to the final edit. I film, take the photos and do the editing.

For events and bigger shoots I bring in freelancers I trust, from a second camera operator up to a crew of eight. For motion design I work with specialists. No account managers and no hand-offs.

I'm not a natural on camera. Is that a problem?

No. Most people I film aren't content creators and don't want to be. The video above, “I'm not a content creator, and I don't want to be”, covers how we get round it.

How much of my time will it take?

For the Blueprint, about two hours in total: the kick-off and the walkthrough. For filming, it depends on the shoot, and I'll tell you before you book.

What kinds of video do you make?

Podcasts, events, brand films, short-form and adverts, plus motion graphics. You get finished films cut for where they're going, not a drive full of footage.

Where are you based?

Peterborough. I film across the UK, and abroad when the job needs it.
